Stephanie is a certified 200 h RYT trained in Astanga, Anusara and Ashaya yoga with ten years of teaching experience. She is a certified family nurse practitioner who recognized the healing benefits of yoga optimal health and healing.
Kathy is a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Certified Aromatherapist, Level II Reiki Practitioner, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a former figure skating instructor. Kathy began her Yoga journey approximately 6 years ago, after a back injury sidelined her from her usual activities. Her physical therapist recommended gentle yoga as part of her recovery. Kathy's experience of the emotional peace that accompanied relief from pain both on and off the mat kept her coming to class long after her injury had healed. She pursued teacher training as a way to share her passion for Yoga - particularly as a way to maintain mobility and centeredness through the middle and senior years of life. However, she also loves to teach children's classes! Kathy also enjoys bringing her love of Aromatherapy to some of her Yoga classes, using essential oils to encourage a relaxed, meditative state.and increase feelings of groundedness.
Vicki completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga training in May 2018 with Todd Norian, founder of Ashaya Yoga, an alignment based, heart centered approach. Yoga has been a part of her life for over 5 years. Her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
